I know everyone does but it's just irritating that you hear about those couple of times you messed up and not those 1000 you didn't. Guess I'm just down about it even though I shouldn't be. Lots of people at work make more mistakes than me. How do you deal? Maybe I'm just crazy.
Need some motivation from ladies around my size, how many calories did you eat to lose? How often did you work out? Strength training? I'm going back to my strength training as soon as I get back up after this bronchitis. Other health issues got me off it for months too but I was making progress. I'm vegetarian this time…

Anyone had issues with birth control pills easing bp or making you gain or have issues losing? Or have you quit taking bc and had your bp go down or find weightloss easier?
Would like to add some more vegetarian/vegan friends with open friend diaries so we can swap meal ideas!
