Hi everyone, It's the start of week two. :) If you're sticking to your plan, then you should FEEL a difference by the end of this week. So, stay hydrated. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day Stick to the plan. Feel free to share your experiences this week.

@girlspartan WI every 7th day. So at the END of each week. For me that's Sunday because I break my week up that way and because I started the challenge on a Monday. But as long as you're consistent with the day it can be your regular WI day.
