Here we go again!!
Starting on January 18 - January 27, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 29! (JGM10D - 2018 Edition - round 2)
Anyone else game?
Let's give it our best 10 days ever! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this. Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days! Thank you QuiltingJaine for picking up the slack and everyone who makes this journey easier for all of us!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES – It’s easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in your device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

I'm back. Let's see if I can get down to 160 at least even though my "new" low is 158. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. I just lost a lot very fast due to having the flu and sinus issues. Good luck ladies and gents.

Don't let it embarrass you or get you down. Sometimes, it's just the natural way of things. I've been stuck around the same 3 lbs for I don't know how many weeks. I've lost track. It does happen, and we have to figure out how to jumpstart our body if it needs it.7
