    How WONDERFUL to find you still here and still going! We’re still in the throes of moving but I promised myself that once the bathroom scale revealed itself from one of the many boxes, it was time to resume paying attention!

    Happy to see this as I had a bit of a pig out yesterday. Nothing all that great, just ate more than usual and went over my goals. Back on track today.

    On track yesterday and I walked and was active packing for a move, so this is, I think, holdover from Wednesday's excesses. Going out for lunch today, but I have the day planned and I'll be on track again. Sooner or later....
