01/09: 159.5 Net calories & sodium green, sugar red (some leftover Christmas goodies) & 15c water. Walked treadmill 3 miles before work / 51:06. Fitbit 15,090 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 (boom!) hours & 41 floors.
01/10: 159.0 Net calories & sugar green (barely for both), sodium red but not horrible & 14c water. Walked treadmill 3 miles before work / 51:53. Fitbit 13,010 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 (boom!) hours & 29 floors.
01/11: 158.5 Happy hour after work and, surprise! Salad appealed...think my body is sick of rich, high cal foods since Christmas. Didn't even change my mind when friends ordered perch plate with french fries, which I love. Enjoyed 1 pint beer. Not sure of log accuracy / net calories red 22 & 15c water. Treadmill 3 miles before work / 50:13. Fitbit 13,015 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom! 3 days in a row!) & 34 floors.
01/12: 158.5 Net calories, sodium & sugar all red...ack! At least fiber was good & 15 c water. Active evening packing up Christmas decorations and nativities collection, still not done by half. Fitbit 11,451 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 38 floors.
01/13: 157.0 Yesterday evening, walked in Frenzy on the Fox 5K (paved trail, plowed & salted) in 47:26 pace 15:19 per mile. Very happy with my time, wore layers of clothes in 10 degrees & NNW 12 mph wind, fun event. Nice change from treadmill. Fitbit 15,158 steps, 250+ steps 13/14 hours & 40 floors. Net calories, sodium & sugar red, but not by much, and 17c water.
01/14: 157.5 Hubby and I sampled our way through Sam's Club / fast food for supper, first time in several months. Net calories, sodium & sugar red & 10c water. Non-treadmill day / Fitbit 10,001 steps, 250+ steps 9/14 hours & 12 floors. A little Wii bowling for first time in months.
01/15: 157.5 Sedentary day: in car 3 hrs, church/baptism, family visit/lunch. Food guestimated: net calories red, sodium & sugar green & 12c water. Fitbit 3,689 steps, 250+ steps 6/14 hours & 6 floors.
01/16: 157.5 Walked 3 miles on treadmill before work / 49:45. Fitbit 13,379 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom!) & 29 floors. Net calories & sodium barely green, sugar red & 15c water.
01/17: 157.0 Treadmill 3 miles before work / 50:50 and paced 3,298 steps during webinar. Fitbit 17,135 steps, 250+ steps 12/14 hours & 28 floors. Net calories, sodium & sugar red, not by much, and 15c water.
01/18: 157.0 Treadmill 3 miles before work / 50:15. Fitbit 14,343 steps, 250+ steps 14/14 hours (boom!) & 32 floors. Net calories & sodium green, sugar red (a little), 25g fiber (yay!) & 14c water.

@Pkov123 -- the woo was intended to be the bad/disagree on MFP, BUT it is being misused for "Woo Hoo". Here's a snippet from Alex in the MFP news and announcement forum responding to someone stating it's being misused and lowering their points:
"The woo reaction will get an updated emoji to help make it more clear what it means. It will remove your woo points but we haven't ever used the reaction points for anything. In 2018 we will be doing more with that system, including adding badges so for now don't pay reaction points much attention."4 -

I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be settling in around 113-115 lately. Even though I'm at my goal weight, I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. I enjoy following everyone else's progress & thanks to my OCD tendency, I enjoy tracking my calories & daily weight.
