Yes, i said to much soda. To much soda put me in a surplus of calories. Those daily 1500+ kcal from soda's made me gain weight. Not that pizza i eat once a every two weeks. The point was that without soda i have a maintance level eating habbit. Thats why i called soda my 'fatmaker'

Health wise it is more then fine especially if you have enough fat to loose. You don't have to worry about it that much. Keep your macro and micro nutrients in check by eating 'healthy' foods and you will be OK. Also recognize the sustainability of what you are doing, you are more likely to binge this way

If it fits your calorie goal of the day then you can eat anything what you want. Personally i don't really care that much about macro's so thats makes it easier. When i decide to eat a lot in the evening or know im going to eat a lot i sometimes skip other things during the day.
