For me, it would be safe to eat 1200 calories a day and not have my milk supply hindered by it. Every woman is different and I can't say the same for you. I definitely don't believe people when they say that you need an extra 500 calories a day if you're overweight and breastfeeding.

I did the master cleanse for 60 days ages ago. It did nothing for me. I lost weight, felt no different and ended up hating everything lemon for a long time. It was bleak and hard to stomach.

Indeed I did. My feet were so swollen. I was walking on two balloons. I could only wear my birkenstocks on their largest hole, normally they're on the tightest. Man, pregnancy really screws with your body. But at least no stretch marks

Lol I guess it's not REALLY a taco salad. It's just seasoned with cumin and smoked paprika, giving it a taco flavour. No, I don't eat rice. The tofu was with the sauce, which I listed (ketchup, soy, vinegar, and maple syrup), and the veggies. Tofu plain is good too, I really like my tofu.

Really great suggestion! Sadly, the only excitement I have in life is not knowing what I'll eat tomorrow. Pre-recording would just suck that excitement right out of my life.

Having been someone who has lost 100 lbs (and gained it back) I can say that my cellulite has never gone away, maybe lessened but I like it. It gives me character and texture.

From what I've read online, there's no accurate statements on what goes into the almond milk, such as how much of the fat, carbs, and protein is left in the milk and how much is left in the pulp.
