So if it says I can have more based on exercise do I use those calories or not?

OK I set my carbs at like 94 g...protein like 380 g and fat 80 some g...okay?? And 2500 kcal

Thank u for your help...I've been this heavy since my daughter was born 11 years ago and gone up n down ever since....I just need to feel better.....do u think 2500 cal would be too much or would I still lose?

I need to lose 100 pounds....I'm not very active...I currently weigh 250 and I'm only 5'2
