if not very active look into low calories as opposed to stressing on macros.
I'd say to start on 2500 calories - if you are really convinced on a low carb aim at 100 gr / day and fill in the rest with protein and fats.
Give it 1 month and evaluate weight fluctuation and most importantly what you see in the mirror compared to what it was before.
BTW - why low carbs? if because you want to achieve results faster then don't bother - you will anyway with or without carbs but in my opinion and previous experience normal carbs will give you a realistic weight loss as opposed to spiked when on low carbs.

at your current weight you could eat even more and still loose. Aim at 2500 to start with and evaluate how fast you have dropped after about a month.

380 grams of protein!? I'm a 6'1 200lb male and eat well over 100 grams less then that! This is how I set up macros:

video is spot on and hence my 2500 calories - i keep protein higher for me but have a different frame and distribution of fat / muscle. Your macros calculation are well off specially considering you still want to remain low carbs. Aim at calories and screw the macros at this stage and eat balanced meals - trust me, you will still loose weight.

yeah, if it were me, I'd set carbs and especially fats a lot higher. Try to eat as many home-cooked meals as you can - not the stuff out of a can, box, or bag.

If you don't have some out of the ordinary fitness goals, just use the Myfitnesspal Goals wizard and let it choose for you. It will work. Don't complicate it. Set your Goal to lose 2 pounds per week, because you can at your weight. Use the (more) active settings since you have kids - NOT Sedentary. Eat what it suggests. This shouldn't be painful or difficult. It isn't.

I didn't start watching carbs until I was within 25 pounds of my goal. I still eat close to the MFP recommended macro amounts (I'm also female, but at goal weight) and they work for me. If anything, I go over on my fats a lot but stay at the calories. That means I'm eating less carbs. I generally end up with 50-100g carbs uneaten at the end of the day. It's just the way I eat and it works.

If it ain't broke...keep it simple...one day at a time.

    /cheesy one-liners.

Set your calories correctly, and eat food to hit your calorie goal - that's all the meal plan you need. Seriously. Eat food you like, google recipes for meals you want to make.

YouTube is a great place to find meal ideas...recipes.com is good as well. Meal plans on the other hand are really only good if you enjoy eating the same thing day after day. I could never stick with a meal plan for very long because the meals would get very boring. As kommodevaran suggested, eat foods you enjoy and make them fit into your calorie and macronutrient goals.
