Eat all the egg! It's wholesome, LOL!

I don't think anyone else has any business "accepting" someone or not. Poo on you if you judge me by my appearance and not the content of my character. I don't think anyone should be mean or rude to anyone, fat or scrawny, redhead or blonde, blue eyed or brown. I am not for you to "accept" or "condemn". Deal with your own…

Respectfully disagree about the moisurized and stripped part. The teak wood on my boat is "dead" too, but if I don't oil it it dries out and looks like dooky. The state of being alive has nothing to do with it. Agree with the nourished part. That always annoys the ever living love out of me when I hear it on commercials.…

I have the same issue. I believe my FitBit is awfully generous with my calorie expenditure. I shall lurk and see if anyone has any ideas. Are you sure your calories are set properly? I'm at 1210 and I'm a 190lb female so I was just wondering since you are a guy. Not trying to be nosy, but wondering if there may be an issue…

There should be a little link at the bottom of the recipe that says "For instructions, go here".

Chicken wings cooked on the Big Green Egg and smothered in Frank's Wing Sauce and butter with real blue cheese. I would also never leave home since if I cold eat that all day every day, I would need nothing else in life. My dog's here.

No it's not.

OMG, ROTFL....Love!

I am LOLing over your post because I think it's amazing! Congrats on the 5k, you rock! I have yet to be able to complete one at even a consistent lope, so your jog is impressive to me! I am hoping to graduate to a slow jog because I am having trouble getting my heart rate up with walking in the mornings. We shall see.

Very good point! I'm the fat pal, but not everyone is! I bet that can get a bit annoying.

43 and the biggest challenge is time. I have no kids, but a busy job and lots of hobbies and it's hard to get my rear in gear after a long day. One thing I have learned over the years is that I'll make any and every excuse in the book, so I am just not putting up with my crap anymore. Get out there, quit griping, and move…

I would do fasting and drink lots of water in prep for the booze. The exercise would just make me hungrier and that could make me a smidge cranky. Truth be told, I'd really just enjoy the hell out of my stay and deal with the consequences later. Someone as tiny as you can't possibly do too much damage, LOL! Hope you have a…

ABBA! I can't not skip to Take a Chance on Me when I'm walking. Also, My Darkest Days Porn Star Dancing is great and All I do is Win, and Eminem 8 mile. Oh gosh...so many good ones.

HaHa! You poor thing!

I tried the 21 day fix and it didn't fix me, LOL! It seems like a premise that can work, but I find this much easier!

So long as we also ban the incompetent doctors, underperforming teachers, dreadful parents, and other people who do not perform in their professions the way the government would like them to. I think it's a horrible idea to have the government be able to ban me from making a living the way I see fit. Let's start banning…

If I had a personal chef, I would want variety. Having to think up new things while staying within my macro needs is a pain in the kitten, though. I batch cook on Sunday and have the same things all week. Except Date Night on Thursday where we go a bit on the wild side and have some fun!

I started bringing my salad dressing in a little tuperware container when we go out to eat. Drove my husband nuts at first, but now he just finds it amusing. I use Bolthouse yogurt dressings and that'll save me almost 200 calories over restaurant blue cheese dressings. I keep it in the orange 21 day fix cup so I know my…

You have to workout for a minimum amount of time (I think 10 minutes) before you get any active minute credit for it, then it backfills them in. How long are your "workouts"?

Heck yes! She's a great bed buddy. King size bed b/c hubby is 6'5" and takes up a lot of space, Tilloo is an 85 lb weimaraner mix, and I'm 5'7" and a sprawler. It's cozy, but we love it...until she 's gassy. Then I don't love it b/c I'm between her and hubby.

15,005 steps today. It's easier to log steps than miles because for miles I have to add morning and afternoon walks and that's just a lot of adding when my phone is in the kitchen and I am in my Chick Cave. For steps I just look at my FitBit. Hmmm. Lazy? Maybe. Don't judge me. 1.5 miles this morning and 2.2 this afternoon.…
