I got back on the Treadmill at 11:15 pm. Walked 1.103 miles in 22:53. My total today 5.103 miles (a little over 10, 000 steps). HalluYAH!! Keep up the good workouts, this is very inspiring, thank you Alpha & all7

I'm in for 200,000 steps in September. I just started walking and three weeks ago couldn't walk around the block without feeling like I was going to die. I've worked my way up to 10,000 steps each of the last three days ( a real miracle) so I am going to set the goal and try to get to 10,000 most of the days this month.

September 5: 14,125 steps | 5.13 miles -- Had a regular day, even though it was a holiday, and then went for an extra walk because my husband wanted to make berry cobbler for dessert! Had my cobbler and ice cream, and didn't go over my calories, yay me!

I'm taking an imaginary Walk Across Texas: 857 miles down I-10, from the Louisiana border to El Paso. Since June 1st, I have walked 240.36 miles. Next stop: Buc-ee's!!! in Luling, TX (mile 256).
