  • I prefer apple. I had 4 Samsung phones that were dropped from maybe 1 foot in the air and landed on soft carpet that have shattered or the pixels are all black. I have had this iPhone SE for over a year now and I can't break it. I have tried (I really want one of the newer ones). It's been thrown across the room, the kids…
  • I feel your pain! This time last year, I lost 20 lbs from August 1st to Thanksgiving. I quit smoking in January of this year and have gained 30+ lbs. at first I just told myself that it's completely normal but I stepped on the scale and went into a depressed state. Not sure how to get back on the wagon. I'm just hoping I…
  • I have found that the cargo pants sold in the women's department at cabelas work great. They aren't Capri length or tight but they can roll and button to Capri length. I open carry (WA) all the time wearing these and they're quite comfy.
  • I did. I chose a simple lemon and garlic with extra virgin olive oil. It tastes rather yummy. :)
  • I do the same thing!! My husband hates it so much! We're currently doing the biggest loser challenge at his work and he is super competitive. He said he just going to eat what I eat and still win the competition. Lol
  • Those sound great! Thank you!!
  • I don't see a button anywhere on my Alta or charging cable...
  • I've had my Mirena in for four years now. My dr said the cramping and spotting after exercise was normal with it as my body was adjusting and producing more hormones. It stopped after a few weeks, but after 4 years with no periods, it sucks that I am getting small ones now. Best of luck!
  • Happy to. :) alishia.owens@charter.net
  • I personally listen to my Journey station if I'm taking a slow walk, but if it's more fast paced I'll listen to Ed Sheeran or Linkin Park. (I like older music)
  • That's what I thought! Thank you all!
  • I was going to make this over the weekend but decided to do it tonight instead. Now I have to choose which one to try!
  • Thanks guys! We will probably use beef, mostly because my husband won't eat lamb. I haven't made it in years this should be fun!
  • Had mine for a few weeks. Feel free to add me!
  • Starting weight: 153 Current weight: 151 September goal:146 Ultimate goal:110 September 3rd: 150 September 10th: 147.2 September 16th: 144.2 September 23: 144.0 September 30: 142.8 Total weight lost in September: 8.2 pounds
  • Is there a way to whip myself back into my workouts after today? I don't find them that fun anymore (at least not insanity) but I don't want to quit. I feel like I committed to it and need to keep at it. And the workout I was doing before just wasn't challenging enough, even at the highest intensity.
  • Thank you both. I think I might just take today and deep clean the house. maybe I'll get a little calorie burn there.
  • I do home workouts starting at 6 am 5 days a week. Just started insanity this week and occasionally find something fun on YouTube. My favorite yet is a cardio kickboxing one. :) Feel free to send an add if you want. Would love to find other workouts to keep it interesting.
  • I do it for the flavors and caffeine boost. I Don't like the taste of coffee alone and usually end up dumping sugar into the cup to cut the flavor down. I tried cutting coffee out completely and I can't make it through the day without a nap.
  • I don't have any particular reason, except cutting calories. I have a large cup (biggest setting on the keurig) and 4 tbsp of creamer. Comes out to about 145 calories (including the coffee). I have one sometimes 2 cups a day. I am usually really close to or over on my sugar, but also on my fats.
  • 5'1 here. I was super tiny and fit about 7 years ago. I got pregnant and "let it all go". I now have 2 beautiful girls and an additional 40 lbs. I've lost 8 or 9 since the middle of August, but seem to have stalled. I love the short people unite title. Feel free to add me as a friend as well. Maybe together we can take on…
  • I weigh daily. It's almost a competition between my husband and I. Somehow, he loses so much more and doesn't really do anything(outside of work) meanwhile, I bust my butt and the scale goes up! I was thinking of going weekly, but I worry that the disappointment would upset me for the whole week.
  • I feel your frustration! I was losing pretty rapidly (for me anyway). 10 lbs in 30 days or so. My scale hasn't moved more than .2lbs in a week. I'm still 34 lbs from my goal and it has slowed down so much! Its devastating and I want to quit. But I have my goals and I'm not a quitter! I don't think you are a quitter either.…
  • You can do it! I need to lose about 34 or so more pounds just to get in the "healthy" range. I would like to be about the middle of that range but lean and fit. Feel free to add me. We can go through this together!
  • Starting weight: 153 Current weight: 151 September goal:146 Ultimate goal:110 September 3rd: 150 September 10th: 147.2 September 16th: 144.2 September 23: 144.0 I didn't lose much this week but I did start a new workout and changed my intake a little.
  • Sure! My email is Alishia.owens@charter.net Feel free to add me. The challenges are fun!
  • I started insanity yesterday. I am currently sitting with a heating pad between my thighs and an ice pack on my lower back. It seems to help a little bit other than that, stretch through it and it should help.
  • I have noticed that too. I'm not to sure on which is better, but I workout in the mornings. Works for me. :)
  • I felt that one too. And it seems easier to breathe. :) Thank you! Every routine I've worked on just says "engage your core" but never said how.
  • Wow. That one worked! Next question, how do you breathe doing this? Seems impossible!
