Fitbit negative calories
This morning I did my home workout with my HR monitor. It showed that I burned 158 calories. It was a lot of running in place and body weight exercises. My Fitbit did not detect these and took all 158 away! Should I disable my negative calories?

Fat free or sugar free?
I was looking to change up my coffee creamer. Coffee is big for me. I typically use coffee mate or international delight. I have cut my amount down to 1/4 of what I used to have, but still want it a little healthier. I have seen the sugar free and fat free options, but not sure which one is healthier.

Fitbit question
My Fitbit automatically recognizes exercises and logs it in the Fitbit app. Also when I log an exercise on here it shows in my Fitbit app. So it detected my workouts this morning and they're logged ok on here, but twice on Fitbit. Is there a way to fix this or should I just turn off the auto exercise option?

I just got my Fitbit Alta today. It shows that I have burned 976 calories today. How is this possible? Is there a way to reset it?

Since forever, counting calories has confused me. I wasn't understanding the "goal" calories vs the exercise part. Correct me if I am wrong please. The goal is how many calories my body uses without exercise. So therefore I should be eating 1200 calories daily. Any exercise is calories that count toward weight loss? Sorry.…

Not really feeling my workouts
