How would I log this?

So I have some ankle weights, and they aren't heavy though I don't know the exact weight.
If I were to strap them on and just do my usual stuff, how would I log this in my diary?

Put on the ankle weights and step on the scale. Enter the extra weighted you as "you". When you log your cardio minutes, mfp calculates your burn using your weight, which you've spoofed higher to get more burn.1

I wouldn't log it as anything. You're likely not burning enough extra to make a difference anyway.1
