I am the one grossly overweight but my husband has the diabetes. We started in late June just eating healthier. We doors protein and veggies. The protein keeps you full longer. He had lost 20 and I've lost 30. If we can do it so can you! His blood sugar is now normal. Chin up, you"be hot this!

I bought a pair of pants in my "regular" size at the beginning of the summer without trying them on. Couldn't zip them up. Now in September they go on perfectly. Now to challenge myself to when they get loose!

Hi! Just a Grammy who wants to be alive for the grandkids. Need to lose 115 but concentrating on a goal right now of getting under 200. Started watching what I eat when my husband's sugar went thru the roof a few weeks ago. (He is of normal weight.) Having a partner would help! I've lost 5 pounds and have a zillion to go.
