Good post! Agree, slow and steady sustainable long term results is the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle or weight loss. Gradually form good habits (exercise & eating) on which to build on and the rest should follow suit.

Fitbit charge 2 has HRM, GPS, step counter, profiles to track different exercises, shows cals burned, stopwatch, timer and syncs with mfp.. Just brought one and haven't owned one before, does the job..

I work out at home and have a few basic tools of trade for a varied program and it works for me. Blasting music helps me and I can Centre my focus. A drive or journey to get to the gym would be a drainer for me and I don't like to wait for equipment to free up. Maybe a training partner ?
