you could try some online videos specifically for postnatal exercise (so there's less risk of injuring yourself). have a look on flex for live-streamed classes - they definitely have yoga ones and you can chat to the instructor during the class so you could ask their advice for stretching/ ask them to include stretches for particular muscles?

i definitely wouldn't feel guilty - everyone needs some me time! If you're really concerned though, maybe try some home workout videos (to cut out the time it takes to get to/ from the gym)? Youtube, flex etc all have lots of free content which don't require equipment!

i try and do a home workout video (there's loads of ones on youtube etc) everyday, and often use flex as the workouts are live-streamed classes so i find i'm more likely to commit to them because there's an actual instructor leading the class :)

why don't you look at some of the online home workouts on youtube and Flex etc? most are free and easy to follow, plus you don't need equipment so it's very cost effective!

Hey! I use Flex on the days I don't make it to the gym - it's basically a website that live-streams exercise classes run by instructors, and you can chat to them during the class which is useful for tailoring the workouts for your needs :)

Hey! Maybe have a look at Flex ? It's basically a site that live-streams fitness classes (which are run by proper instructors) and you can chat to them during the class etc, so it's like a normal gym class except you do it at home and most classes are free! Might be worth looking into :)

Hey! Maybe have a look on Flex and see if there are any classes you think might be suitable? They basically live-stream classes run buy proper instructors, and they cover most of the areas you mentioned (yoga, pilates, HIIT, strength, core etc), plus you don't need to buy any equipment!

Hey! You could try Flex - it's a site which live-streams fitness classes and lets you interact with the instructor, so you can tailor the workout to your needs more than if you were to follow a standard fitness DVD/ video? Might be worth checking it out - plus you don't need to buy any equipment!

Hi! There's a really good website called Flex which hosts live-streamed fitness classes - I've done a few of them and really enjoyed it, plus you don't need equipment or anything so it's really easy to do at home and you can ask the instructor for advice which I found really useful :) Good luck!

Hey! I use Flex when I can't get to the gym and really like it! The classes are live-streamed by an instructor so it's like being in a class in the gym but without physically being there! Might be worth checking it out :)

Hey! I've been using Flex recently for the same reason as you! It's basically a website of live-streamed workouts by fitness instructors, which is really useful because you can speak to them whilst you're doing it so it's like being in an actual gym class but from home!

I've been using Flex which is really good because you workout live with a trainer and can ask them questions etc if you're unsure of what to do!

you could try one of the live workouts on Flex if there's one at a time that suits? They have loads of different classes (yoga, abs etc) :)
