Just use a good bodyweight program like YAYOG (You Are Your Own Gym). I downloaded an app on my iPad that is really good, has 4 levels I believe from begginer to expert. I think each level is about 10 weeks long? You can do that for a month easily, add in some running or other non-equipment cardio a few days a week and you should be golden!

Just be creative! Your body will probably respond well to the change of pace, too!

have a look at online videos (youtube, flex , fitness blender etc) maybe? most are free and don't require equipment!

I definitely recommend finding a bodyweight routine but keep in mind it needs to be accessable because (I COULD BE WRONG) I believe youtube was banned in Pakistan? You might have a hard time getting to a routine on that site, just fair warning.

Convict conditioning. It's a book, but there's a free pdf file online if I remember correctly.

Ideas above are great, also consider packing a resistance band, takes no room in your bags but can be very effective if you don't have access to weights. Could you try saving some workouts on Pinterest?

    Write down the bodyweight sets/reps!

    Work on your cardio!
