Use pine tar soap to wash and use E45 to moisturise. Wear gloves when cleaning, washing up etc. It's an allergy like hayfever, antihistamines can also help. I used to get breakouts on my hands but not anymore.

I need cake now

I have picked up many injuries over the last few years, it is so frustrating. It's easy to feel like just giving up but all you can do is focus on eating in a deficit untill your recovered.

Make sure it's ice cold first, nothing quenches your thirst quite like it. Or to add some flavour infuse with fresj fruit. Lemon/orange is nice

Yes I have lost loads eating 50% carbs. Low carbs, like you said are fad's. They make long term maintenance sooo much harder than it needs to be. Majority of people on low carbs give up before they get anywhere

Yes!

It goes against all the advice but I am an early morning runner on a empty stomach. Just works for me.

Loads of great work out channels free on you tube to for exercising at home

You should always slight increase speed/distance every time you get back on. If you don't the workouts will do less and less for you every time.

Dread to think, £1000's. Replaced whole wardrobe, twice. Installed home gym. Mountain bike. Loads on kitchen stuff as I changed the way I cooked. Best cash I have ever spent!

Another vote for Asic gels, used them for years

I heard this on the news today. It's obvious really, you can track your activities but unless you eat correctly it's pointless. I think people have bought these, upped there exercise and just ate poorly and kicked off that they are gaining weight.

Plain Scottish oats and I add water with a touch of salt

Hats off to you both! Squating around 60K is a very nice weight ☺

I work out at home, just be very careful when adding weight and make sure your form is spot on. Film yourself performing a light weight and upload it for professional advice if your not sure. I don't have the space for a cage but use a power rack instead which was only about £40 on e-bay.

Good idea, as long as you can keep up with me ;)

Of course

Ladies; Why do you have to argue?

Out of the 2 I think deadlifts do more for me, and I find them more exhausting. Front Squat, Back Squat & Deadlift are performed once a week
