With your statistics, again depending on your activity levels your BMR is 2555 calories per day. So to gain 4 pounds a week it's 500 extra calories per day per pound which totals 4555 a day. So an extra 3355 calories

Quite alot but depends on your height, weight activity levels etc. Do you weigh everything you eat and drink?

I eat pasta 2-3 times a week. I do agree 50 cal is not going to make much difference. Most other brands still say a 75g portion is 250/260 calories but this one brand has recently changed to over 300. Was just curious

I would be able to be a mentor to someone who needs a hand with there weight lose journey. I am 35 and from the UK. I enjoy sports amongst other things. Also I am a qualified nutritionalist and on a personal level have lost 7 stone over the course of the last 3 years by just eating the right things and regular exercise
