Tesco pasta
Has anybody noticed that Tesco have recently raised the calorie content in all there pasta? A bog standard 75g dry serving or 170g cooked was around 250 cal and is now over 300

Opinion from the serious lifters
B/B upright Row D/B Fly Having read conflicting articles on the benefit vs risk of these 2 lifts, I am leaning towards removing them all together. Would be interested on the opinions of the MFP lifting community?

Banana's, Good or Bad?
An average Banana contains around 150 cal and about 30g of sugar (which is the same that's in an average sized mars bar) It doubles the sugar and cal that you find in most other fruits portions.
