Come on guys, let's do this!!

A new year is the best time to make some changes. But a good 75% of people will fall off the wagon within 4 weeks. It's about making sustainable adjustments that will stick for year's. Not short, drastic diets. I have lost 22kg with MFP, still got 15kg to go. If anyone would like to ream up as motivational buddies then get in touch 💪
