130 grams a day is the minimum RDA. If your doing lots of weight training and/or cardio you need to fuel your body in order to do so. Carbs play an important role when bulking. I have averaged around 250 grams of carbs a day over the last couple years and lost 35kg so far. Obviously always best to eat healthy, complex…

Don't think so, shame :)

Both right from the off. 3 of each if possible per week with 1 rest day. But by far the MOST important thing is what you eat, not what type of exercise you do

Don't do it. Just weigh, log and eat a healthy, balanced diet covering all the recommended macros including healthy complex carbs. "Ducks down ready for the inevitable influx of carbophobes aggressive abuse"

Fair point, maybe the uk oreos are nothing like the real thing
-
Ha. Seriously oreos have a very artificial taste. Not in the same league as UK " cookies" A brew and dunking biscuits is a loved national past time

I thoroughly enjoy both

Love boiled potatos

Maybe with the regular weight sessions you have lost abit of fat and added abit of muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat

Weighing yourself every day is madness!! I weigh myself once every 4 weeks.
