I am on a cut with a pretty basic strength training routine 3 times a week. These lifts have been blamed for putting the shoulder in an unnatural position causing "shoulder/rotator cuff at risk of impingement" Also applies to any behind the neck lift and some wide grip lifts.

I have read similar articles and couldn't agree more. Just ignore all the abuse you will receive posting this (learnt my lesson posting about sugar myself!)
-
Agree with above, fresh fruit and veg in the supermarkets are very reasonable I think.

Peanut butter is really good for you! The fats are mainly good fats your body needs. Look for organic 100% peanut brands. Avoid reduced fat PB, all they do is remove some of the healthy fats and replace with sugar

From an UK prospective all types of Oreo's are gross! Chocolate Hob Nobs all day long for me

Taking into consideration I have been reported for a 2nd time for commenting on this post I have absolutely nothing more to add.

I see you backed your comment up with such a compelling argument how could anyone possible respond further?

Ok become extremely popular in the last 30 years. Even 1863 is a mere blip on the evolution of humans. We evolved from apes, not slugs
-
We are a species of hunter gathers and have evolved over thousands of years from a diet involving lots of carbs. And in the last 30 years or so "low carb" has been invented and all of a sudden that's healthy! Well enough said on this matter for me. Let's agree to disagree

Keep at it but don't weigh yourself for 2 weeks (I only weigh myself once every 4 weeks) that way you see much better results

I wonder, did you know Dr Atkins was obese when he died? And suffered numerous heart attacks and heart problems? It seems many of these sources are from the UK which may be a factor but; http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-192106/Official-Atkins-health-risk.html…

More than likely the IF. Just try eating normally. 3 healthy meals a day with healthy snacks and stay on your calorie goals.

Offer to pay, ask for it to go and sit in the park for a natter

I agree, B/S advice quite frankly

Would be a joy!

Over done it, all been there! Hitting muscles to hard before you have woken them up. I find a gentle cycle can help after legs day
-
Just stick to your.calorie goal and log your exercise, simple as that! Things like nuts are good for weight gain.
-
Concentrate on your daily calorie goals. It really is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Good luck!
-
As said definitely look at strength, aerobic type exercise. And maybe some HIIT. Make sure you always push harder every time you exercise. The last bit is always the hardest to shift!

In the right company :p

N & C (round 2 or 3)!! X

As long as you stay within your goals you will lose, no matter what you eat. But not eating a balanced, healthy diet will raise a whole host of different problems for you.

Yep
