What are good whole food sources of fiber?

Fiber One cereal. One serving has 14 grams of fiber for only 60 calories. I find that one serving with 2oz of 1% milk is plenty for the amount of cereal. I also add a packet of Splenda.0

My choice of sandwich sliced bread and yogurt alone have 13 grams in it..0
