I agree with zyprexa17 that amount matters. For me, I find that I can eat healthy and small amounts, but if I don't exercise I have no results. Likewise I can exercise like a fiend, but if I don't watch the amount I eat, no results. Good luck!!!

Hi, I am a 63 year old trying hard. I have a lot to lose, and have lost 28 pounds this year. Struggling to stop feeling sore and achy. Walk a lot, love to try zumba, (operative word try), and on the search for a new dog. Married 39 years, 2 boys. Goals for October, to lose 5 pounds and to hopefully get beyond the soreness.…

Well yesterday I worked so hard. I walked 75 minutes at a good pace, then took an intense yoga class, then mowed the yard. We have acreage, so it take a couple of hours. I ate correctly, I didn't nibble, I put down everything on my food log. I gained 1 1/2 pounds. So frustrated. My mind is fluctuating from "eating…
