Hi, I've already lost about 50 pounds and am aiming for 70 more to go buh bye. I'm 6-2 and am thinking 220 is a perfect weight for my build. But just about ALL of my fat is in my gut area. What can I do to burn the fat from that area?

You can't, you just need to keep losing and it will come off eventually.2

Sadly magazines and salesmen have promoted the idea that spot reduction is possible simply to sell products. You can't target an area for fat loss, genetics determine where you lose the fat from and in which order. Keep at it and you'll get there.4

You can't spot reduce. Just keep up the excellent work!1 -
Just continue losing fat by eating in a deficit. Us guys tend to always carry the last bit of fat in our gut. It's best to think about how your body looks then a number on a scale.1
