I exercise for several reasons...for the health benefits, it reduces my stress levels especially after a rough day at work, I sleep better , to set a good example for my 5yo son and of course to look good :smile:

Plain Greek yogurt and add your seasonings / herbs ...that's my go to dressing. I also like hot sauce, mustard, low sodium soy sauce, hot salsa

Mom of 5yo. I'm also 6 lbs away from maintenance. I work out at home due to my schedule. Currently I am doing hybrid of beachbody workouts t25 and beast so I can have a mix of weights and cardio. Feel free to add me!
