Agree with above, it really depends on your body frame. My goal weight is 115 and I am 120 which I am ok with. I am focusing on body recomposition at the moment. 120 is my max as I start to look pudgy around 125.

I think Shaun T is a great motivator. If you're consistent with accurately counting calories and incorporating exercise, you will notice your body transforming. Agree with the above ...watch your form as its easy to damage your joints due to high impact moves. Have lots of water and a towel nearby ...I have skidded in my own sweat. I totally enjoyed insanity, couldn't walk properly for a few days due to tight calves so stretching is important. I still use Vids randomly when I want…

Watermelon ...cold watermelon was my craving. My pregnancy was quite boring as I craved fruit. Lol. I couldn't stand the smell of eggs though which I love. Couldn't drink plain water either as it made me nauseous so I used to put citrus in it ...lime, lemon or orange wedges for flavour or herbal and fruit teas.

It's not necessary especially if you're getting your nutrients and protein from food. I sometimes take a whey protein shake when I'm not meeting my goals. I take a multivitamin daily.

I am a mom of a 5year old working as a project manager in the financial sector. My hours can vary from 7 to 12 hours per day. Consistency with my workouts can be difficult but I aim for 4 times per week. I spend the time packing lunch and snacks and pre logging to help stay on track. Feel free to add me.

Do both if you can. Lifting helps preserve muscle. Take measurements along with your weight. Good luck!

Hey I'm a 35 yr old mom of one and I can relate. Somewhere I forgot that eating within reason and working out consistently should be a lifestyle change and not a passing fad. Life has gotten a bit crazy for me within the year so I have decided to make my personal goals a priority. Best wishes!

Hi Congrats on completing the alpha phase. You probably gained weight due to water retention as the intensity of the workout increases in the beta phase. Most times I realise that I am dehydrated. I always have a bottle of water handy ...I infuse it with fruits, tea bags and mint / cucumber. I pack my snacks too which are usually fruit, chobani 100 cal Greek yogurt, nuts (I portion those out), cheese.

Calorie dense foods are what you can use in your meals. Incorporate nut butters, EVOO, avocados, full fat yogurt and milk in your smoothies.
