My favorite BB workout was Beast. Hammer and Chisel and P90X series were bad either. But I have moved over to a gym and much prefer heavy lifting (doing Wendler 5-3-1).

ETA: Body Beast is what got me into lifting. And I am thankful for that.

I'm running a powerlifting peaking program that I wrote that basically has me squatting 3 days per week, benching 4 days per week, and deadlifting 2 days per week on a 4 day program/week. Daily undulation and block periodized which is basically fancy terminology to mean that the volume and intensity are arranged in a way to promote recovery and hopefully cause my 1rm strength to peak on the day of the competition.

    i loved stronglifts initially, until i didn't. then i loved 3x5, until i didn't.

right now i love wendler 531. finishing my 8th cycle with it, and the looking-forward to the new one has not worn off yet.

My absolute favourite training cycles have at least three benching days, two pulling days and two squat days. I'd love to squat more but my elbows and shoulders don't like it.

Beast and insanity max30 are my faves. I like bb workouts and that alone. I also enjoy Jillian Michael's and fitnessblender.com Vids too. I work out at home for now

I work out from home only and enjoyed many different programs, depending on where I was with my goals and progression.

The program I enjoyed the most so far was Hammer and Chisel for the variety; but now I just started Body Beast 3 days ago and it's a serious contender for my favorite workout of all. I really enjoy focusing on lifting; and I love the meal plan.

In the beginning I liked 5/3/1. I liked PHUL in maintenance and a surplus. For the most part though I just really like a standard DUP. High frequency on the squat, bench, and deadlift. Minimal assistance work and no cardio.
