  • Call me a geek, call me unusual, but I listen to chiptunes a lot. I have found they help my mind focus and aid in my ability to focus, be it motivation or relaxation. I have favorite chiptunes playlists on both Spotify and YouTube Music.
  • When cooking, I usually use some combination of Canola, Olive, and Coconut Oils, depending on what I'm cooking. Just be careful not to overheat them (each has a specific smoke temp) because they lose any benefits one they reach that point. Here's a handy chart;
  • I'm also not good at preparing veggies. My biggest hurdle is having fresh ones on hand, as they spoil quickly. One gets tired of frozen, often preservative laden veggies, and having to stop to pick up fresh ones every few days isn't convenient.
