I also did an hour on the elliptical in the morning which might save me from going over... fml

Not to hijack your thread but same!! I haven’t had my period for 7 months now and I had to greatly reduce my exercise... I feel fat and gross and have gained 5 lbs from my lowest weight.

Yeah I guess it's fine since I'm maintaining but I'm a creature of habit and like to try to have the same food schedule every day instead of my appetite fluctuating

Still playing around with calories I need even though it's been 5 months of maintenance! Some days I'm barely eating and other days I end up eating over maintenance

Hm.. maybe I had unrealistic expectations and yeah I guess I should tone up but I'm afraid of gaining weight and going outside of my maintenance range :/ I started Crossfit 2 weeks ago and I'm already trending towards the end of my range (114-115)
