Ate pistachios and having ragrets
I ate pistachios because I was still hungry after lunch and it was unplanned and I didn't weigh it. Besides the pistachios, I've only had my grilled chicken salad which is prob 400ish(ate out). Should I just skip dinner? No idea if I'm over my 1200 goal for today. :'( :'(

Not feeling hungry today but only at 700 calories so far with only a couple of hours left to bedtime. Should I force myself to eat or just listen to my hunger cues?

Why do I still look fat ? :(
5'4" female maintaining at 112-116 currently... I don't get why I look so fat at this weight :/ I have huge calves, jiggly thighs and stomach fat still. Feeling bummed out. Do I just need to be stricter with my logging and lose the last 5 lbs? Sorry for the *kitten* photos but I don't have many of myself

5 hours to exercise each day - what should I do?
College student with a very light courseload. I have 5 hours and access to the school gym. Need to go from 142 -> 115 lbs. Female, 5'3". Advice for what my workout plan should be? (I'm doing a basketball class and also training for a half marathon that's in a couple of months)
