Instead of going out to lunch, I like going out with friends for coffee. What are lower calorie coffee drinks I can order besides black coffee?

You can order alot of drinks at Starbucks "skinny" or just ask for ur fav drink with sugar free syrup and low fat/non fat milk or coconut or almond milk0

Subbing nonfat milk taste for the standard 2% tastes just as good with fewer calories.
Starbucks has a nutrition calculator that you can use - you can adjust the type of milk and a few other things to see how it impacts calories.
Ask for no whipped cream, sprinkles or drizzle on top - these have minimal impact on taste but can account for a good 100 or so calories.
Ask how many pumps of syrup are in the drink and work on scaling back - you might find a jump from all regular to all sugar free makes the drink taste terrible. Going from 3 pumps to 2 or 1 will be less of a shock to the taste buds.

I like a latte with 1% milk (but I'm already used to no sugar in my coffee).0
