I use to weigh once a week. Now I'm into the habit of everyday. It's a habit I wish I could break because I liked the surprise that came from weighing once a week. Now I know roughly what the scale is going to say on my official weigh in day. But I like when the number is going down everyday too haha :)

I measure everything yup. I'm just afraid that upping my calories will put the bit of weight I've lost creep back on or stop me from losing. But I've heard eating too little can stop you from losing too. That's why I'm trying to fix it now rather than later.

Halloween. Watched it way too young and had nightmares for years, literally lol. Still my all time favourite! Horror movies in General are my favourites, anything by Stephen king, the nightmare on elm street movies just anything horror = a good time haha.

I usually go home at 7am. Sleep until 10-11. Get up, work out, and then carry on my day as normal. I work out everyday, I've only missed 1 day in 3 weeks and I don't feel too tired to meal plan or cook healthy. It's not what I'm doing different because of night shifts that bothers me it's wondering if my body is going to…

Keep reminding yourself of why you started in the first place. You must of had a reason for downloading this app. Once you see the scale number drop or your clothes becoming lose it's easier to keep going. Good luck!

I do have a lot of weight to lose but chose the 1lb a week option just to give it a try. I'm always under my calories tho. Not that I try to be necessarily but I'm eating such good filling foods I don't be hungry enough to reach the calorie goal
