I found it was more about consistency rather than what works best because they all work well. The typical crunches, butterfly kicks, v ups and bicycles are good exercises to start off with

Do a little ab workout every day and youll definately see results if youre consistent with it. Worked for me!

Unfortunately you cant target a body part for weight loss. Cardio and getting your heart rate up will reduce arm fat and strength training arms such as tricep dips will help tone them. I would suggest doing arm weights with a heavyish weight with minimum rest to get heart rate up during the sets and then some cardio after…
