Thanks for the welcome! Decided to do an insanity/beast body hybrid Today was day one with insanity cardio power and resistance I love Shaun T “Dig deep” since I need to get rid of my mental block that is keep me from goals.

If you want to use your own body weight insanity is a great workout to tone and build muscle using no weights. Since you are a marathon runner it should be up your alley as it is very cardio focus. But your other choices are all good!
