    I'm no a dieter in general, but absolutely determined to do this. What is 6 months of effort worth? 50 lbs, that's for sure! :) I am doing a lot of reading etc and trying a LCHF as it seems it would fit my lifestyle better.

    I hope everyone had a great weekend, I'm still having problems with the steps really getting annoyed having to carry my cel around I ordered a bracelet pedometer online can't wait till it arrives.

    july 5 - 3493 steps :( . I was able to keep the calorie challenge
    july 6 -5096 calories under 400
    july 7- 7584 calories under 400
    july 8- 1078 steps, calories not met ad a buffet lunch with the family this sunday

    We're on storm watch I thinking how I'm gonna get my steps, but i'm already planning lunch and dinner thinking bout chicken stuffed baked potatoes with salad, it's starting to rain right now

    I walk a lot of steps at work so nights I work, I generally get my steps in. It's my off days that's a problem. I also am going to be over calories today. I ate a bacon cheeseburger & fries this am. Over half my calories. It's difficult for me to get back on track once I'm off a couple days. I need to pack healthy food when we travel. So lesson learned. Will plan better next trip.

    I'm having the same situation but with the steps, haven't been able to get up there at least with the calories i'm doing good under the amount

    After weeks& weeks of exactly the same weight while keeping calories at 1200 & 30 min workout / day.FINALLY a 0.6 loss.I will take it...

    july 5 - 8,613 calories well under 400 but didnt eat till 10pm will do better
    july 6 -5,615 looks like a hectic weekend in the car ahead
    july 7 - 2,645
    july 8 - 7,525 better but not enough
    july 9 - 5,483
    july 10 - 4,269
    july 12 - 2,779
    july 13 - 6,425
    not a brilliant week as total weight lost this week 1lb so down to 261 so its a move in the right direction need to get out of the car and crack on with some walking.

    hope everybody has a good week, clover do we have a challenge for this week or are we carrying on with the same as last week.

    Hello. I am hoping to jump into this challenge. I have a couple of very important items to help me deeply commit.

    1. I just found out that I have Fatty Liver Disease. I promised my boys that this is my wake up call. I am going to do the work to get healthy and lower my weight.
    2. I made a wager in HealthWage to lose 40 pounds by January first but I am determined to surpass that. I am betting $60 a month and if I hit my goal I win more that $1600. Definitely worth the work.

    I am looking forward to any support you have to offer and I promise to log in every day and be here for you. My commitment to myself this week is to log my food every day...every single bite.

    125 has always been my ultimate goal but I always tend to sabotage myself the minute I hit 135. It's something I'm not proud but I need to stop my yo yo dieting ways, I'm tired of feeling like this.

    So here is for the long hall....and finally hitting my goal!!

    I've been busy with a new job, been unemployed since april 2018 s i'm happy, my weight stayed the same been doing a lot of inappropriate choices in food and not doing the steps , but i'm not gonna be one more day not putting up on my behalf today i resume , have a great weekend everyone

    Sorry redrob i got a new job on thursday so been caught up with that , no there's no weekly challenge this week just weigh in thursday.
