I'm still learning about calories, but I don't understand why do you have to eat more calories to get them back?don't that make you just add on the weight?I thought you have to burn off calories?to loze weight. Think I need to do some research on Google lol.

Yes sijomial not running marathon just general exercise anything that requires movement lol x

And yes I've fibromyalgia so over doing things in day causes issues,can't pop to gym etc need slow pacing exercise,which il find hard in burning off what I consume so eventually il have to teach myself to eat much less to make it easier to come off.
