Hello all im sally.

I'm stuck I do not understand right, I should have 1260 calories a day then iv had 800+ calories so far then says = remaining 700+ what does that mean if I eat more that 700 gets less but surely if I eat less calories in a day it's better?

    You mean exercise calories? You need to eat them back or most anyway.
  • If you mean your exercise calories, it's optional to eat those back
    Some people eat a few back, some people do at eat any back
    It's your choice x

    I'm still learning about calories, but I don't understand why do you have to eat more calories to get them back?don't that make you just add on the weight?I thought you have to burn off calories?to loze weight. Think I need to do some research on Google lol.
