Either/neither/both - makes no difference for weight loss (that's your calorie balance over an extended period of time).
For exercise performance it's personal preference.
BTW - "exercise" is a bit of a broad term so assume you are talking about a regular (say one hour) workout rather than running a marathon.2 -
I split the difference. Blood sugar problems. Some before and some after.1

I always have my breakfast/lunch before I exercise and then wait half an hour as I feel it gives me the energy I need. I have dinner after my exercises in the evening, as I see that as me winding down for the day.2

Yes sijomial not running marathon just general exercise anything that requires movement lol x1

whichever is your personal preference.

In such a way that you have energy to make it through your workouts.2

Not sure if it matters nutritionally but I prefer to eat after a workout. Eating b4 can make me feel bloated and sluggish.1

I always like something small before an early morning workout. I find my energy level is a bit higher when I do this. Other times of the day, I tend to eat afterward.1

Everyone is different. Best is to listen to how your body reacts. Me I get sick if I eat before my work out.1

It doesn't matter. I eat before, imediately after, and later. It all depends on your TDEE and total calories consumed.1

Thankyou guys x0
