Yes i have been counting my calories, and eating clean for the past month first two weeks i lost 5lb since then no progress have been eating the same and excercise as much as normal x @Underdann @ValerieMartini2Olives @queenliz99

I having been sticking to my carorie deficit, i enjoy using the treadmill and skipping, however wont using them everytime get my body used to it and wont make a diffrence?

I'm 5.3 and currently weight 11 stones, i have about 1000 calories per day, or sometimes less. i use myfitnesspal for counting calories Thank you for your response
