steamed veggies, avoid the noodles, avoid anything heavy in sauce or fried. I normally do a steamed veggie with plain teriyaki chicken.

Pears can be a variety of calories. To get closer to an accurate reading measure it. And yes lots of fruit are on the "high" calorie side for healthy snacks because they have a lot of sugar! If you want a lower calorie alternative eat vegetables.

I just ignore that part and just focus on calories. I don't think I'm at that point or fitness level to really cut down on fats or sugar.

That's where I am at right now. I notice I just sit around all day at my desk and don't move much. I'm hoping to use it more as a motivator but if it doesn't work like it's supposed to Idk. I also wanted to use one to help track my sleep as well. I have issues staying asleep.
