I started at 273 January 19th of this year. Back then i was eating 1600 calories per day now i eat 1200 a day. If i exercise ill eat back the exercise calories. So far ive lost 60lbs

Yes thats what ive been doing. The only change i made was i stopped drinking my calories because honestly soft drinks and juices arent worth the calories. I only drink water and have lost 50lbs since January 19th.

No. The beginning of may i started walking about 1.5 miles and riding my bike 5 mile. I eat back the calories also i use samsung health to track exercise

Idk either im on 2lbs loss a week. Im 5'4 i recalculate it every 10lbs lost

I weigh everything. He thinks mfp and food companies labels are incorrect. For example lets say a a food is 300 cals according to mfp or nutrition labels he wants me to eat half or less than the whole thing then still record 300.

I was just doing cico until may 1st then i started walking a mile and a half daily and riding my bike 5 miles per day once or twice a week. I eat what i want and just keep track of my cals

Im just going off what mfp is saying. I started at 273 right now im at 228. Still have 98lbs to goal weight of 130. I also exercise and eat back those cals now so its more like 1300 to 1500 per day

I picked mine based first on bmi then on the clothing size I want to wear. I wore a size 7 in high school so I am aiming for that also

I eat whatever I want just stay within my recommendes calories. I dont think I would have made it to my now day 91 if I ate clean and healthy.
