I’m allergic to nuts and so far the only bar I’ve found to eat is the Vega Chocolate and Coconut flavored one. I’m not vegan but I’m allergic to dairy and soy so I’ve used a number of vegan proteins over the years and Vega is one of my favorites. I’m not a huge fan of their all in one nutritional shake but I love the mocha…

I don't follow any of those big time vloggers or those IG accounts with thousands of follower. Just regular people trying to lose weight. I find I'm more motivated with people that are also on their journey rather than those who have already surpassed theirs. Granted it probably isn't bad to get some inspiration from them…

Hey, sorry I missed this before. I will definitely look into it. Thank you.
-
Thanks. I never really thought to try one.

Breakfast I can usually do, it's just the rest of the day. So I guess I'll start with lunch. Thank you.

Thank you. It really helps to have people who understand.

Thank you. Those are all great ideas.

That sounds like an amazingly helpful site, I'll check that out asap. Thank you. I like the idea of a reward system as well. A lot of you are suggesting the crock pot so it seems tried and true.

Thanks for the reply. I don't mind cooking but I don't find myself wanting to much right now. I track everything I eat but I could definitely make better choices because I'm not always getting under or within a decent range of my calorie goal. I definitely agree that I have to stick to a plan that will carry over into…

Yeah, I know I would save so much money. I have to look into some simple recipes. Thank you.

I did feel better about myself when I used to cook. I've been meaning to make a meal plan so that I know what to buy but I always put it off. Otherwise I never really know what to buy at the supermarket and then just don't have anything to put together to make an actual meal.

Thank you. Yeah I try and focus on what I have accomplished but I do still feel a bit bad that it wasn't more.

I bought a crockpot a while back but never used it so I ended up giving it away. I may have to give it a try again. Thanks for the advice.

I can't really think of a reason besides laziness honestly. I struggle with depression and it's hard for me to get the motivation to do a lot of things. I'm honestly surprised I manage to get to the gym 3x a week. I really do want to lose this weight but I feel like I put in minimal effort and I'm not quite sure how to get…

Thanks for the advice. I would sort of meal prep when I first started but not on a large scale. It would more so being cooking with leftovers I guess. I think I'll look into recipes of the food you have suggested. I really appreciate you taking the time to reply to me.

If you can't have grains, there are also lentil, chickpea and black bean pasta. My favorite it the lentil. It has the same calories as traditional pasta but way more protein and fiber.

Totally feeling the same way and I'm 28. Moved to Cali from NY 2 years ago and the only friend I made is moving to Seattle in 2 days. I spent the first year here in a toxic relationship that sucked up all my time. Now I'm slowly getting out there making friends and what not. I totally agree with the advice of joining meet…

No. Have you ever scuba dived?

Hey guys! Yeah I've been losing slowly but not by choice. I'm that person that wants the 10 lb a month but only manages 2-4. Like some of you said, a loss is a loss but I find myself losing determination. Is that a problem for anyone else?

I have the UP3. What's your sn?

Yvonne I just sent you a friend request. I've had my UP3 for a week and my only friends are my parents lol
