Joyful - When I'm expecting that I gained weight, but instead I lost more than my goal!

1 hour into my goal. I gotta step up my game! I don't count working or steps, but need to do more walking, etc

Me: 8 LNS: 3 Streak: 1 One night had a late lunch and no supper, so I ended upgetting hungry & still having alot of calories left... so I inebitably ended up eating late night snacks.. Lesson learned.

The past two nights I've had late suppers, so that helped! But last night I stayed up late, and it made me want a snack really badly - but I said NO NIKKI, you can wait till in the morning to eat again! Next thing I know it's morning and I made it!! :D Me: 6 LNS: 2 Streak: 2

Was so happy with myself last night... was really feelin diff... But didn't have a good work day... coupled with I bought a new snack item that I couldn't wait to try... I failed tonight, but that doesn't change my future - I can still have will power & withstand the urge and temptation!! Me: 4 LNS: 2 Streak: -1

My goal is to do 5 hours for the rest of Sept (roughly 30m daily). But I challenge myself to do 10 hours.

I want to lose a pound a week, so this would be more like 2 pounds a week... so this challenge would push me even more to reach my goal sooner. I am interested to see if I can get there!

Whaat a great idea!! I would like to stop LNS anytime after dinner & before bed. I'll start from how far back I can remember.. so since 9/16: Me: 3 - LNS: 1 Streak: -1 Let's remember - we don't NEED it!
