I'm in, Been doing this on my own, no real support which has been tough. I've tried other times to lose but since August 16 I have been forcing myself to be accountable and have been sticking with it even though there are days I don't want too this might help me to reach the goals I want to achieve my biggest weakness is eating at night I do awesome all day and somehow at night I end up snacking.... perhaps this. Will help me break that habit6

September Late Night Snacking Goals Update:
- Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/30 nights. 18/26
- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 1/4
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.
