I've been silent a few days, but still choosing not to LNS. Used one of my "choice nights" tonight to enjoy a later-than-normal indulgence while visiting my folks. (Also choosing to stop …while watching my Sooners implode. )

It is difficult for me to give up the late night snacks. That snack provided the sugar, fat or salt that put me to sleep. Now my personal sunset takes over at 1-2 a.m., instead of 11 p.m. I suppose that I will get accustomed to sleeping without it. And I am not volunteering for the sleeping pill roller-coaster either.0

Sounds like a great challenge, i'm only sorry I didn't discover it sooner. This is been one of the hardest obstacle to overcome, not to snack late at night. I'm in too!
