            The past two nights I've had late suppers, so that helped! But last night I stayed up late, and it made me want a snack really badly - but I said NO NIKKI, you can wait till in the morning to eat again! Next thing I know it's morning and I made it!!

- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 2/4
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

 Welcome to the party. @lamlam2013 has graciously reissued the challenge every month for more than the last year (that I know of). Toward the end of the month she'll post the URL for the new thread on this thread.2

            Forgot to update for three days. Snacked two nights but they were within my cal allowance. Main thing is late night compulsion to binge is under control.
