The past two nights I've had late suppers, so that helped! But last night I stayed up late, and it made me want a snack really badly - but I said NO NIKKI, you can wait till in the morning to eat again! Next thing I know it's morning and I made it!!

I'm a little late to the party. I just found this thread. Can we do this again for October? I too have been struggling with night eating for years. I Just had the worst acid reflex attack ever and now I need to stoop.3

- Eat nothing after 8:30pm 26/30 nights. 21/26
- Eat nothing after 10:30pm 4/30 nights of my choice. 2/4
- Choose to adult, instead of impulse today.

Welcome to the party. @lamlam2013 has graciously reissued the challenge every month for more than the last year (that I know of). Toward the end of the month she'll post the URL for the new thread on this thread.2 -

Forgot to update for three days. Snacked two nights but they were within my cal allowance. Main thing is late night compulsion to binge is under control.
