Packing lunches is so difficult for me too! Right now, I've just been taking a lean cuisine to work and I'll add a side salad with some fresh veggies and that keeps me full and satisfied. I also like doing just big salads with nuts and fruit or an avocado with some salsa and a few chips.

I'm the end, it doesn't really matter where you workout, as long as you get a workout in! I'm not part of a gym yet, so I do all my workouts at home. I probably will sign up for a gym soon though. Just so I have the option. I also like the classes that most gyms offer.

That's the worst! I have to either listen to my music or watch a show when I'm on the elliptical or bike.

That's very true! I like going to the gym with workout buddy. It's nice mixing it up and seeing what other workouts people like to do.

It's all about balance for me! If I know I am going to be drinking thay night, I try to work out the day of and the day after (actually helps with a hangover too haha)
